Maldives resort offers ‘Workation Package’ so you can do your job from paradise

Tired of working from home?

If you’re sick of typing away at your dining table or from the sofa, this luxury “Workation” could be for you.

The Nautilus Maldives is offering the most luxurious office spaces we’ve ever seen.

With its Wi-Fi enabled workstations and top of the range technology, it’s the perfect spot to relax while remote working.

Guests can access phones, wireless printers, scanners, projectors, screens and even a fax machine if they’re feeling old school.

They are also provided with their own personal assistant to help them out.

To make the experience an even more relaxing one, workers can even send their laundry off to be done for them.

After a hard day’s grind, guests can unwind with daily yoga, fitness and meditation classes.

Alternatively, they could watch the sunset on luxury yachts or go dolphin watching.

The only catch?

Unsurprisingly, the travel package is very expensive.

You can expect to pay $23,250 (around £18,170) for a week long “Workstation Package”.

Meanwhile, two weeks cost around £30,000 and three weeks will set you back £40,000.

And that’s not even including flights!

It’s worth baring in mind that the Maldives aren’t on Britain’s travel corridors list.

This means you’d have to quarantine for two weeks after arriving home.

There are also restrictions when it comes to entering the country.

Tourists have to take a coronavirus test within 72 hours of arriving in the country.

These results must come back negative – and you have to have proof of it too.

If you do have thousands of pounds to spend on a holiday though, it would be the ultimate travel experience.

Until then, we can dream…
